CHRISTINA Aguilera definitely knows how to flaunt her curves, eh?

The singer showed off her fuller figure at the American Music Awards nominations announcement this morning, slipping into a teeny-tiny purple dress for the occasion.

And while she denies recent claims that she referred to herself as a "fat girl", Christina says she's more than comfortable with her body and had no qualms about stripping naked for the cover of her album, Lotus.

She said: "Have I ever been scared to take risks?! I'm very comfortable with my body. I've always said, no matter what hairstyle, crazy look, make-up, I've always done [the] exciting thing.

"Whether people love it or hate it, at least I know I was staying true to myself."

Christina topped her look off with a pair of glittering heels and bright pink lipstick, completing the outfit with her blonde locks dip-dyed purple and pink to match.
