Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green Say 'Good Riddance' To 'The Voice'

As Cassadee Pope begins a new chapter in her life after being crowned this season's "The Voice" winner, the show is ending a three-season-long chapter of its own.

On Tuesday night, two of the show's judges, Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera, sat in the show's famed revolving chairs for the last time after announcing they would go on hiatus from the hit NBC series earlier this year. "We've become a family," host Carson Daly said. "And we will greatly miss them. Trust me when I tell you that."

But before they said goodbye, they said "Good Riddance." With Adam Levine strumming the acoustic guitar, all four judges sat on the stage together for the last time to perform the Green Day classic, "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)."

As they sang the lyrics of the track, a montage of their moments played on the screens behind them. "Nice, Adam. Love you, guys," Xtina said, with a giggle, as the song wrapped up and balloons fell from the rafters.

"We're gonna miss you next season," Daly later added.

With Cee Lo and Aguilera leaving the show to pursue other opportunities, Shakira and Usher will join Levine and Blake Shelton come season four. And, the new judges have already been welcomed into the fold via a promo with Shelton and Levine. During it, the guys pick up Usher and Shakira from a hotel and they go on a drive through L.A. in a pickup truck, with one of! the show's chairs in the back.

After fighting about what they should listen to on their drive, they settle on "Total Eclipse of the Heart," in what turns out to be a massive sing-along. Of course, Carson happens to catch them all singing together when he pulls up beside them. Season four kicks off on March 25.

"It's the type of show that I feel really sets up an artist and makes it about what matters most first: the voice," Usher told MTV News in September about his new gig. "Everything else comes afterwards in terms of the mentors; that's what gives the personality, gives the opportunity to be an artist who will excel and transcend culture and also be able to tell an incredible story in music. So I like being able to be at that place. I love being a mentor."
