In just about three months, NBCs hit reality singing competition, The Voice, will return for its second season. Besides a few set photos, little has been seen of the new season. Until tonight that is.
The very first teaser promo of the shows second season aired on televisiontoday(during Saturday Night Live with Maroon 5 as the musical guest to be exact). The clip features coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee-Lo Green and Blake Sheltonalong with a string of contestants performing during the super tough blind auditions.
Im looking for the best voice in America,Cee-Lo says as he opens the clip. What does this voice look like?, Christina asks as we get our first peek at a blind auditioner singing in the background.
The Voices first episode of season two willpremiereon February 5, 2012 after the Super Bowl.Get excited and watch the promo video below:
