Stalking claim in celeb hacking case

Authorities say a Florida man charged with hacking into email accounts belonging to celebrities also may have been stalking a woman since she was 13 years old.

An unsealed search warrant filed last week says a Connecticut woman complained to police that 35-year-old Christopher Chaney had been stalking her for the past 12 years.

Chaney has been indicted in California on 26 counts, including unauthorized computer access and wiretapping, and faces up to 121 years in prison if convicted.

Chaney is scheduled to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday. His attorney Chris Chesnut did not have an immediate comment Friday.

Federal prosecutors say Chaney hacked into email accounts belonging to Christina Aguilera, Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis. Some nude photos taken by Johansson herself were posted on the Internet.
