Celebrity real estate roundup: Christina Aguilera, Lilly Pulitzer

Law & Order: SVU star Christopher Meloni is flipping out.

Aguilera Voices Her Love of Mulholland Estates

Singer Christina Aguilera has found a replacement for the Beverly Hills estate she recently sold for $13.5 million after two years on the market: Its a $10 million Mediterranean-style home inside the famous Hollywood enclave of Mulholland Estates where the former judge for The Voice will be shacking up near the likes of Paris Hilton and Charlie Sheen.

Aguileras new 11,000-square foot home sports 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and was good enough for former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, who rented the place during her divorce and home sale.

If you want to know how to make Aguilera smile, it might be the saltwater pool that graces the double lots private backyard.

Law & Order & Real Estate

Law & Order: SVU star Christopher Meloni is flipping out. That is, hes now looking to sell the 4-acre estate he just bought last August. The busy actor and long-time Connecticut resident just relisted the property on Oenoke Ridge in New Canaan for $4.75 million.

Meloni has given the place a Hollywood set designer makeover, gussying up the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home with newly refinished floors, a custom home office and a few other upgrades. The property also includes a pool and large barn suitable for storing up to 6 cars.

Pulitzer Prize Price Drop

The estate of flowery and bold designer Lilly Pulitzer at South County Roadd in Palm Beach, Fla., just saw its list price get whacked from $11.5 million to $8.5 million.

Nicknamed The Jungle, the home has been on the market for two years, attracting no offers yet on the 1.4 acre, non-waterfront lot in the Estate Section of the posh ZIP code. With notice that the parcel could be sub-divided into tw! o lots, theres a chance that this old-money fashionistas estate could get cut to shreds should the next owner decide to maximize the propertys value.
